The UF/IFAS Extension Lake County is hosting garden personality and author Brie Arthur, for an upcoming class on the foodscape revolution. So what exactly is a foodscape revolution? A foodscape, quite simply, incorporates edibles into a landscape design, and a revolution is a change in societal norms.
