THE dad arrested over the murder of his eight-year-old daughter has been revealed as the brother of an SAS TV star and former bodyguard to Brad Pitt. Bill Billingham, 54, has been named locally as the man arrested after tragic Mylee was discovered with knife wounds at his home in Walsall last night.
