What are IGCs? The Iraqi Governing Council? That's the answer I got when I just “Googled” it or Inter Governmental Committees! I've worked in the pensions industry since January 1973 and I am completely baffled by yet another acronym. My Chartered colleague who sits behing me is equally baffled!
