Road crews are getting a bit of a break on Thursday after one heck of a day yesterday. PennDOT District 10 Maintenance Manager Mike Mattis said his entire fleet of 42 trucks took to the roads at 1 a.m. Wednesday to pre-treat before the snow started falling.
