In Jefferson Parish there were about 350 customers still affected, down from a peak of more than 6,000 about noon. The largest remaining outage was affecting 100 customers in Harahan, where power was expected back by 7 p.m., Entergy data said. Another outage in Marrero was affecting 85 customers.
