Reportedly an associate of Abderraouf Jdey and a resident of Canada, Boussora was last seen living in the Montreal area in the late 1990s. According to the National CounterterrorismCenter in the U.S., Boussora "is an al-Qaeda-trained operative with declared intentions of becoming a suicide martyr.".
