Merrill Police, Malin Police and Klamath County Sheriff's Office responded. A 27-year old man was found stabbed in the neck. It happened while he was inside his apartment with his two children. The suspect, Arturo Jeffery Leon, was found within an hour of the stabbing and taken into custody.
