Miller moved to Heber Springs 15 years ago from Fayette, Missouri, where she served on the founding board for the Ashby Hodge Gallery of American Art. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design from Stephens College and has focused her interest on pastels since she moved to Arkansas.
