UNION PARISH, La. (Union Parish Sheriff's Office) - Update: Louis Cross has been arrested, according to the Union Parish Sheriff's Office. He was booked on two counts of attempted second-degree murder after the shooting two men at Lake D'Arbonne State Park on Sunday. Cross was arrested in Ruston.
