Vicky Jo Hartzler (née Zellmer; October 13, 1960) is an American politician who has been the U.S. Representative for Missouri's 4th congressional district since 2011. She is a member of the Republican Party. The district includes most of the western-central part of the state, from Columbia to the eastern Kansas City suburbs. Besides Columbia, it also includes Sedalia, Warrensburg, Marshall, and Lebanon.
Hartzler represented District 124 in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1995 to 2000.
